This year we have notification dates for applications as our demand for space in our freshman class increases. In order to accommodate all students that apply with exceptional grade point averages and SAT/ACT scores, we ask that you are mindful of these important deadlines.

Your completion and submission of the FIU undergraduate admission's application will be your electronic signature, which is legally recognized by Florida Statutes.

You can only submit your application once. If you have updates to any information you submitted, please notify the admissions office immediately (email: admiss@fiu.edu or phone: 305-348-2363).

Payment:

You will be asked to pay the application fee of $30.00 online using a major credit card ( Master Card, American Express, Discover, or Visa) or you may pay the application fee by using a personal check or money orders in US dollars. Freshmen applicants may also send SAT/ACT fee waivers in place of the $30 application fee.  Please be mindful that no application will be considered until the application fee is paid.

In-State Tuition:

To claim Florida Residency for tuition purposes (instate tuition), you must provide two of the following documents:

• Claimant's voter registration information
• Claimant's driver's license information
• Claimant's vehicle registration information
