Graduate Application Update Form
Any existing applicant interested in changing their program or admit term can use the Graduate Application Update Form and should not complete a new application unless the initial application is more than one year old. This form can also be used to update/correct personal information (Name, Address, DoB, etc) or cancel an active application. All application fees are nonrefundable.

Accelerated Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Pathways
To be considered for admission to an Accelerated Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Pathway, applicants must have a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA and no fewer than 75 credits of bachelor’s degree requirements completed.
